        Out on Time is built around four live 90-minute didactic sessions and two 90-minute group coaching sessions to identify ongoing challenges and help you iterate new strategies.
      2. A Cohort of Fellow Physicians
        You are not an island, but sometimes, it can feel that way. Each Out On Time cohort is a micro-community of clinicians. Coaches and students communicate between sessions on a private forum board to share experiences, questions, insights, challenges, and successes.
      3. Each Session has a Specific Focus
        The Out On Time Course is designed to be practical and applicable from day 1.
      4. Homework and Challenges
        We’ll give you exercises to help you progress through each module. You’ll build a new skill before moving on to the next.

        Before you enter Out On Time, we’ll have you break down your documentation workflow to identify what’s going well and areas for improvement.
